Job Description
Partnered Management Group (PMG) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they are delivered within deadlines and budgets. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to their success through effective project management practices.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, constraints, and risks, and devise strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
- Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Identify resource needs, recruit and lead project team members, and ensure efficient resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project execution, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and meeting milestones and deadlines. Manage project budgets, address issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct quality assurance and control activities, enforce project processes, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged. Develop and implement communication plans, provide regular project updates, and facilitate project meetings and discussions.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks. Develop risk management plans, monitor and control risks, and implement response strategies when necessary.
- Ensure timely project completion, meeting stakeholders' expectations. Conduct project reviews, document lessons learned, and transition project deliverables to stakeholders.
